When you leave town you may submit a form asking the Melbourne Beach Police Department to check on your house for you while you are gone. This form is now available online. You may either print the form and return it to the police station or you may fill it out and send it electronically. To send electronically: Download the attachment, fill out the required spaces and save it to your computer.
