Alarm Calls – 7, No enforcement action required on any alarm call.
Arrests
Traffic
2/9 Driving while license suspended, stopped for speeding.
2/18 Violation of driver’s license restriction, stopped for speeding.
Other Arrests
2/19 Warrant Arrest – male had a warrant out of Brevard County for Possession of drug paraphernalia; vehicle was stopped for speeding.
2/23 Battery / Domestic Violence – juvenile arrested.
2/25 Juvenile arrested for possession of marijuana.
Incidents
2/2 Petit Theft of a bicycle, male parked bike in front of library & when he returned bike was gone. Ongoing.
2/2 Seized under 1 gram of marijuana from a juvenile during investigation of suspicious persons, no arrest.
2/3 Seized .01 grams of marijuana from juvenile, vehicle stopped for tag light.
2/3 Seized multiple marijuana seeds from juvenile, officer was investigating domestic dispute.
2/3 Caller said 2 males came in house, beat him up & stole
$200.00 cash. The suspects said that the male victim threw the first punch & nothing was taken. Appropriate charges have been requested.
2/4 Criminal Mischief – unknown suspect threw a brick at a garage door leaving a hole.
2/4 Burglary Grand Theft – unknown suspect opened unlocked vehicle door & stole $150.00 in U.S. coins & a digital camera.
2/8 Grand Theft – Jewelry taken from closet.
2/9 Two unlocked vehicles rummaged through, nothing taken.
2/13 Criminal Mischief – unknown suspect spray painted graffiti on school property.
2/15 Grand Theft – suspect stole over $5000.00 worth of jewelry, ongoing investigation, possible suspect.
2/15 Burglary to a vehicle in the 200 block of Fir Ave.
2/17 Burglary to a vehicle – 600 block of Hibiscus, nothing taken.
2/18 Burglary –Grand Theft – suspects opened unlocked vehicle & took multiple credit cards & vitamins. Did not have enough evidence to charge suspects.
2/22 Seized marijuana pipe from suspicious person parked in no parking area.
2/23 Grand Theft – unknown where credit card was taken.
2/24 Criminal Mischief – Broken beer bottles & lawn damage.
2/27 Burglary –Grand Theft – unknown suspect opened unlocked vehicle & stole IPOD.
